If your product is not as expected, damaged, or defective, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Returns allow us to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining product quality standards.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where possible)
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos clearly showing the issue

  • Provide photographs of the damage or incorrect product
  • Depending on the case, we may:
    • Reprint the order at no extra cost
    • Replace the affected item(s)
    • Issue a full refund
