At PackagingBee AU, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns, refunds, or exchanges to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery and reach out to us for any concerns.


Standard Return Window

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged to qualify. Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the original shipping address.

Our packaging solutions are custom-made as per your specifications. If your order doesn’t meet the agreed criteria or arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and issue details.


DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

If your items arrive damaged, missing, or incorrect, please report this within 3 business days of delivery. Carefully inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any issues. Minor imperfections like small scratches or slight discoloration are classified as natural wear and tear and are not covered under this policy.


Return Shipping Costs

We do not offer direct refunds for custom packaging. However, if the error is on our part (e.g., wrong print, incorrect dimensions, or product defect), we will reprint your order at no additional cost.

Customers must return the full order within 7 working days, along with supporting documentation, images of the defect, and product samples. The return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is confirmed to be PackagingBee AU’s.

If the issue is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect design submission), and a refund is still desired, the printed job must be returned. Refunds in such cases will be issued after deducting setup and shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank to check if the refund is still processing.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
