These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Packaging Bee Australia website, the services we provide, and all online orders placed through our site. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

2. Account Registration & Access
To access certain services, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for:

- All activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
3. Customer Content & Submissions
You are responsible for all content submitted:
- Artwork, logos, images, text
- Intellectual property ownership
- Permission to use submitted content
- No infringement of third-party rights
We are not liable for copyright, trademark, or IP disputes arising from submitted content.
Hyperlinking & User Content:
- You may link to our website provided it is legal and not misleading
- User-submitted comments, reviews, or content are your responsibility
- We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive or illegal
4. Design Files & Artwork Requirements
Customer must supply files in the following formats: AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, PNG.
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
- CMYK recommended; RGB may cause colour variation
- 3mm bleed minimum
We are not responsible for low-resolution files or incorrect formatting.
5. Proofing & Approval
- Digital proof provided prior to production
- Customer responsible for checking layout, dimensions, text, colours, graphics, and finishing
- Once approved, Packaging Bee Australia is not responsible for errors
6. Printing, Colour, & Materials
- Minor colour variations may occur
- Exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed
- Material availability subject to stock
- Substitutes may be used if necessary
7. Production & Delivery
- Production schedules are estimates
- We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Artwork approval delays
- Supplier shortages
- Shipping disruptions
- Natural disasters or industrial action
- Delivery risk passes to customer on dispatch
- Inspect products immediately and report issues within 3 business days
8. Food Grade Packaging
- Customers must notify us if packaging is for food contact
- Suitability must be confirmed in writing
- Customers are responsible for regulatory compliance
9. Cancellations
- Before design work – full refund
- After design work – design charges deducted
- After proof approval – partial refund
- After production start – no refund
10. Returns & Refunds
- Non-defective, custom products are non-refundable
- Refunds/replacements apply for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material errors
- Products materially differing from proof
Claims within 7 days with photos.
11. Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, designs, text, images, and software remain our property or licensors’
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited
12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, lost profits, business, or data
- Total liability limited to the amount paid for the order
- Customers indemnify us against claims arising from submitted content or infringement

14. Force Majeure
